Description (partial)

Symptom:
1.Old jabber UI screen is automatically skipping to new Jabber UI screen 2. Jabber contact list is observed while configuring an jabber account from  New Jabber UI in setup assistant  3.Device gets freezed with white screen while tapping back button from the jabber contact list screen.

Conditions:
1.Factory reset the device
2.Configure an jabber account from setup app
