Description (partial)

When agent in one department transfer incoming activity to second department and there agent from this department replay to this transferred activity, in outbound workflow is reply activity assign to review queue for supervisor in second department. Supervisor can't pick this activity. System response with error message: 
The activity that was selected in the Inbox is no longer in Current Folder. It has probably been reassigned to another department, queue or user.
When I try searched activity in second department I didn't found, but in PICK windows it was present. When I looked in database I saw that response activity assigned back to first department, but assigned to queue in second department.
