Description (partial)

Symptom:
Few A periodic REP Flaps observed in scaled test-bed.
The REP flaps observed when there are no traffic & also in presence of the traffic with REP,g8032,MST,etc.

Conditions:
Steps to Re-produce:
============

1. Load the configuration file.
2. Observe that all the protocols are converged without any issues.
3. Pump the traffic on the protocols configured / leave the test bed idle for some time(over night).
4. Observe the REP protocol flaps at A-periodic intervals & converged back at no time.
5. Observe the traffic loss because of this REP flaps.

Scaled configurations:

1.	Over 2200 EFPs configured & the splits are as follows.
2.	1 TEFP is configured for REP for the quantity of 500 VLANs (No traffic was pumped)
3.	1 TEFP is configured for g8032 closed ring for the quantity of 500 VLANs(No traffic was pumped)
4.	1 TEFP is configured for g8032 open ring for the quantity of 500 VLANs(No traffic was pumped)
5.	1 TEFP is configured around 490 VLANs & 10 EFPs configured around 10 VLANs( No traffic was pumped)
6.	100 EFPs are configured on cross connects( No traffic was pumped)
7.	MPLS & L2 VPNs all together are configured for 2000 sessions( No traffic was pumped)
8.	Storm control configured on all the interfaces( No traffic was pumped)
9.	CFM configured for around 402 sessions ( No traffic was pumped)
10.	EOAM enabled on all the interfaces
11.	LLDP,CDP enabled on all the interfaces
12.	PIM-SM enabled on two interfaces
13.	OSPFv2 & v3,ISIS enabled
14.	BFD Enabled
15.	Few QOS configurations enabled.
16.	MPLS-FRR enabled
17.	HVPLS & MSPW configured for 2 sessions each ( No traffic was pumped)
18.	Port-channels are configured for two numbers with only one member link
