Description (partial)

Symptom:
A vulnerability in the Cisco Prime Central for HCS (PC4HCS) application which could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute unwanted 
actions.

The vulnerability is due to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking the user of a web application 
into executing an adverse action.

Conditions:
The Cisco PC4HCS application is running and not properly protected again CSRF attacks.
