Description (partial)

Symptom:
customer just gets a pop-up about "unable to check consistency"  everytime he logs into appadmin,
And Jtapi sync failed with below error

"An error has occurred while trying to resynchronize the Cisco JTAPI Client. 
Please try Cisco JTAPI Resync in Cisco Unified CCX Administration again."

Conditions:
UCCX 9.x , this issue is mostly observed after doing the workaround of BUG CSCul18667/CSCun54915
