Description (partial)

Symptom:
The REST documentation fails to explain that in certain cases special characters have to be used in the input request to get a successful response.

Conditions:
For example, when using a PUT or DELETE request to create/modify/delete a forwarder with the root name ".", the HTML code "%2E" must be used in the input request in place of the "." character.
