Description (partial)

IP Subnet "Do not track phones under this IP subnet" feature still increases Licensing User count

CER Admin > ERL Membership > IP Subnets > (Find > Pick a Subnet) or (Create new IP Subnet) > "Do not track phones under this IP subnet" enabled

User License count are still Increasing.
CER Admin > System > License Manager > Number of phones discovered

Symptom:
IP Subnet is set to not track phones under that subnet for licensing. But, user licenses are still increasing.

Conditions:
PLM & CER 10.0 using IP Subnet's "Do not track phones under this IP subnet" feature.
