Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the Sensor/NAM Call Quality Settings page, unable to change and save the priority for the Sensor/NAM Threshold Groups

Conditions:
Environment:
•	CPC Assurance(Enterprise) : 10.6.0.58162
•	Mozilla Firefox ESR :  31.4.0
 
Steps to Reproduce :
1. Login to the CPC Assurance Web-GUI
2. Navigate to Administration -> Alarm & Event Setup > Call Quality Settings > Sensor/NAM Call Quality Settings
3. Add some threshold groups if it is not available
4. Change the priorities of the groups and click the update priority button
5. check the priority after the updation
