Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a mac domain is created with upstream max-ports 1 and this mac domain is part of the channel group for RPHY, the fiber node creation fails with the message:

    % Upstream channel must be in range 0-0
    Fiber node 252 is invalid for:
    	No US connector is configured
    Warning: D3.0 CMs cannot get w-online with an invalid fiber-node.

Conditions:
3G60-RPHY card is used and a mac domain with the command "cable upstream max-ports 1" is configured
