Description (partial)

Symptom:
Roll back from current version to previous version is not supported in Linux.

Conditions:
When the server is installed with latest patch and if we need to downgrade to previous version, it is not possible in Linux. 
For example: If customer has installed PCP 5.1.0.5 patch from 5.1.0.3 and if they want to roll back to previous release (5.1.0.3), it cannot be done directly (i.e: 5.1.0.5 > 5.1.0.3) like Solaris.
