003172: Feb  9 2015 12:41:50 CST: %EARL_CM-SW1_DFC1-5-LIFACCESS: LIF access failed.

Conditions:
Applying large number of service-policy FEX ports and could cause the TCAM programming errors, due to which qos wont get programed in the hardware, can lead to high cpu.
