Description (partial)

Symptom:
After calls are disconnected from CWMS, the web conferences stay available. However when users call into the system, they cannot rejoin the telephony part of the conferences. After entering the meeting ID, this results in the prompt saying the meeting was not found. Users also cannot call back which results in "Call back failed."

Conditions:
This occurs after an event that caused all phones to be disconnected from CWMS. This also happens when using PC audio or normal telephony.
