Description (partial)

Symptom:
The problem is seen when doing unit tests of asa device package.
It is noticed that if the device package sends http requests, such as http://<ip>/admin/exec/show%20version, then the connection got reset. Here is the message error:
ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='172.23.204.204', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /admin/config?context=system (Caused by <class 'socket.error'>: [Errno 54] Connection reset by peer)

Conditions:
Sending many HTTP requests to ASA in a short period of time.
