Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent Direct Preview campaigns log messages related to how many agents are active, for debug purposes.
The message lists the number of Resources assigned to a CSQ which the campaign references, which are logged in, and in any state except Not Ready.
The log message indicates the following:
 %MIVR-SS_OB-7-UNK:PreviewDialer:sendAgentReservationMsgToRMCM() #active%:6.0, #active%-working:2, #lic_left:54, #contacts:0
The filed labeled #active% is not a percent but the actual number of active resources.
