Description (partial)

Symptom:
When browsing Cisco TMS using Internet Explorer from a Windows Server, the Enhanced Security configuration throws warnings saying Content from about:blank is blocked.

Conditions:
When using Internet Explorer 10 and Enhanced Security Configuration (ESC) is enabled.  ESC applies only to Windows Server editions.  The security level settings for the zone the site is associated with also play a role.  Zones with higher security are more likely to experience this.  The problem has been reported when using zones of Trusted Sites or lower.
