Symptom:
Currently SIP logging enabled through CLI stores the logs in file format where as GUI stores the logs in DB.

Conditions:
Currently SIP logging enabled through CLI stores the logs in file format where as GUI stores the logs in DB. We need an option in GUI to select the logs storage to be in DB / file format.
