Description (partial)

Symptom:
Requests needing to authenticate are failing or timing out after 5 minutes, before even asking for any authentication credentials.

Conditions:
Having TUI with CDA enabled, certain connection breaks to the CDA are not handled properly can can result in the authentication process going out of operation.
