Cisco Bug: CSCus97761 - MDS Gen4 DS-X9248-256K9 port speed allowed 10g when capability isn't 10g

Symptom: version 6.2(9a) Gen 4 DS-X9248-256K9 Port allowed for manual 10g speed. when its capability is not 10g (The port is only 8gb capable) port config manaully allowed for 10g speed for a 8g capable port. conf t interface fc6/47 switchport speed 10000 9513-01(config-if)# show run int fc6/47 interface fc6/47 switchport speed 10000 Conditions: in Gen 4 Module , In a port-group of 37 thru 48. port number 37,38,39 45,47,48 are not capable of 10g speed but 8gb max. #show int fc6/47 capabilities fc6/47 Min Speed is 1 Gbps Max Speed is 8 Gbps However manual attempt allows to configure 10g speed. we should expect an error to be generated for user that this particular port (and port number 37,38,39 45,47,48 in particular port-group range) is not capable of 10g speed.
