Description (partial)

Symptom:
In 5.3.1, when a user logs in it is logged in the Logs of the client. The user logging in shows up in the User Name column. In 6.2.1 however, this column is blank. I confirmed and recreated the issue in-house. Submitting to dev as a bug.
