Symptom:
In Cisco Prime Service Catalog Version 10 R2 the  Query Item "Service Status"  within Query Subject Service has the value set to Incactive though the corresponding service is marked as active in Cisco Prime Service Catalog Service Designer module.

Conditions:
This issue is occurring in 10.0 R2 version of Ciso Prime Service Catalog
