Description (partial)

There might be some false GPTU error indication generated post switchover on PGW

False GPTU error indication generated on newly active chassis.

Following combination is needed to see this issue in the field
     1) Software release 17.x
     2) ICSR chassis is also on some version of 17.x
     3) Call is up with multi bearers/multi PDN and there ebi(s) are not in continuity for example ebi=5, ebi=7 so on, or ebi is not starting from 5
     4) SGW Relocation happens for this call [Micro Checkpoint would be generated in place of Full Checkpoint]
     5) SRP switchover is done immediately
     6) On the Newly active chassis there is an chance to see gtpu err indication from peer node for this particular call.
IF the ebi(s) are in continuity this issue is not observed, or a full checkpoint is generated due to some external messaging or periodic timer, we would not see this issue.

Reason :Bearers are not getting updated with new sgw data address and teid values, if the bearer id are not in continuous range, which further resulting in triggering false error indication because downlink data will be send on to old SGW Address & Teid
