Description (partial)

Input drops seen on interfaces receiving unicast traffic when p2mp traffic dropped on an interface receiving p2mp mcast traffic.

We see below counters incrementing on NP. No drops reported at interface controller.

355 RSV_DROP_IPM4_ING_RTE_DFLAG_DROP 290964 122511
 409 RSV_ING_PUNT_AND_FWD 8 3
 513 RSV_P2MP_EGR_SEND_TAIL_PL 290972 122515

Both interfaces receiving multicast and unicast traffic reside on the same module and served by same NP.

Issue seen on ASR9k running 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 running A9K-MPA-4X10GE.
