Description (partial)

Symptom:
Device Work Center will only allow one node of each product type to be entered ("managed state"). Trying to add additional nodes from the same cluster results in an error. This leads to problems with several features that only work with managed nodes. For example:

- Live Collection for Call Signaling Analyzer will only be available for activity logged on the monitored node (CSCut25208)
- Log Collection Center is only pre-populated with one node per product (CSCut25245)
- Custom Events cannot be applied to all nodes (CSCus85887)
- PCA will only collect data (alarms, performance, etc) via the one managed nodes, so if that node becomes unavailable, PCA will not be able to collect this information.

Conditions:
Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.0, 10.5, 10.5.1, and 10.6 using Standard mode to monitor a CUCM or CUC cluster with more than one node.
