Description (partial)

Symptom:
The action in question is a Cisco Desktop Admin workflow timer action that triggers a notification and state change to Ready when in state WorkNotReady and the timer expires. The timer does not reset if the agent manually changes state, for example if the agent goes to Ready manually the timer still triggers a notification and state change to Ready

Conditions:
When WorkFlow Timer for state change is set and agent tries to change state manually.
