Description (partial)

Symptom:
Splitter protected circuit cannot be created if required/preferred lambda is entered

Conditions:
Using NCS2k devices with version previous than 10.6.1, open the circuit wizard to create a Splitter protected OCHCC circuit.
In Work Port properties select a specific lambda and check Required or Preferred.
In Protect Port properties select a specific lambda and check Required or Preferred.
Try to create the circuit. A message of successful creation is returned, but the circuit is not actually created.
