Call session still exists on notification panel on Home Screen after all calls has been disconnected

1.Make a call from A to B
2.Park the call from A
3.Retrieve the call from C
4.Call session has been cleared from A
5.Now, make a call to B from A 
6.Do not ans the call on B
7.End the call from A
