Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CUACA 10.5.2 guide (Consult Transferring Calls) page 3-9 Step 3 states " From the menu choose
Call" but there is no Call option when right-clicking on a directory contact while the call is active in the Active Calls to complete a consulted transfer.
