Description (partial)

When power is unplugged from the active switch of the VSS.

When the power is unplugged on the primary switch in the VSS core, the secondary switch becomes master.

At this time there is a reset of the linecard carrying the RSLs which causes the FEX to reload due to CSCus93518.

Once the FEX is back online, there is no egress unicast traffic through the host port-channel of that FEX.
However, traffic seems to be fine on regular access ports.
