Symptom: In Jabber for Windows 10.6, the client is unable to get soft phone control when the computer is in FIPS mode and using a secure Security Profile. Conditions: Steps to reproduce the issue: 1. Ensure the computer is in FIPS mode 2. Change the CSF device to have a "Device Security Profile" that is secure and uses Null String for Authentication 3. Change the CAPF "Certificate Operation" to be ?Install/Upgrade? and change the "Authentication Mode" to be "By Null String" When logging into the client, the user will get an error message that the certificate needed for CAPF cannot be installed. This is due to FIPS being enabled on the PC.
