Description (partial)

Symptom:
After NX-OS 6.2(9) the following counters are not incrementing on MDS 9700, 9250i, 9148S when the system timeout no-credit-drop threshold has been reached:

FCP_SW_CNTR_FORCE_TIMEOUT_ON
FCP_SW_CNTR_FORCE_TIMEOUT_OFF

They are not shown in hardware internal statistics or in logging onboard error-stats.

Conditions:
Occurs only when all of the following are true:
1 - system timeout no-credit-drop has been configured 
2 - NX-OS 6.2(9) or later is running
3 - On one the following platforms
     MDS 9710 Multilayer Director
     MDS 9706 Multilayer Director
     MDS 9250i Multiservice Fabric Switch
     MDS 9148S 16G Multilayer Fabric Switch
