Symptom: Unable to delete or edit a WebEx enabled Outlook meeting. When you try it, productivity tools / WebEx assistant produces the error message: "Unable to connect to the WebEx server" Conditions: The meeting was created by the assistant in the manager mailbox. The manager email box is added as a second Exchange account on the mail configuration from the assistant (file > info > account settings > account settings > E-mail > new).
