Description (partial)

Symptom:
When adding a new CSF device with Device Name like : CSFAbhi_Lab we are receiving the below error: 

Add failed. The specified name has invalid characters or is not formatted correctly for this device type. Valid characters include [a-zA-Z0-9._-]{1,50}

these are valid entry, same error can be seen in the GUI of CUCM for BOT and TCT devices too.

Conditions:
From the collected Cisco CCMadmin Web server logs I see the following message :
2015-01-09 14:58:39,895 ERROR [http-bio-443-exec-23] actions.BaseAction - Caller Specified DatabaseException [error.add] :: The specified name has invalid characters or is not formatted correctly for this device type.Valid characters include [a-zA-Z0-9._-]{1,50}
