Description (partial)

Symptom:
Software/Hardware conference bridge being invoked when a user barges in into the call.
Whether we use the Barge or the cBarge softkey, it will always invoke a software/hardware conference bridge.

Built-in-bridge is not used in the IP phone models 9951/9971/8961 

Due to this, the users are experiencing a media interruption during the conference when a user barges in into the call. This is creating discomfort during the call due to the media interruption.

Media interruption when a user barges in into a call due to software/hardware conference bridge being invoked into the call.
