Symptom:
DX80: Ring Setting when on call is not working in Self care portal
(This also applies when the setting is changed from CUCM directly (from the line configuration page >>  Ring setting (Phone Active)).

Conditions:
Click Dial-pad in DX80
Click "...."Settings option which is placed top right corner of the screen
Select Self-care portal option
Login to Self-care portal using user credential
Change the ring settings 'When am on a call' to ring and save
Make a call from DX650 to DX80 and attend a call in DX80
Now make a call from IP phone 88xx to DX80
