Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a Unifed Port on a Nexus 5600 switch is connected using a 1gigabit SFP, it is unable to pass traffic after a link flap on the remote side.  The link will be shown up but traffic is unable to pass in the transmit direction.  The Nexus will be able to see opposite side as cdp neighbor but opposite side will not see the Nexus.

Conditions:
1. This problem is only seen on unified ports
2. This problem is seen with 1Gig link only with "no negotiate auto" command configured
