Conditions:
1) Issue was observed in one of the FI, So the setup was working only with single FI.
2) Event Description:SW_CRASH svc_sam_dme crashed with crash type:134 Severity Level:5
3) No access via GUI
4) FI-A / B / V IPs were pinging.
5) Rebooting the FI does not help
