Description (partial)

Symptom:
IM and Presence does not stop upgrade from 9.1.1 to 10.5.1 while Call Manager is on 10.5.2
Upgrade should not be possible or should fail.

Conditions:
After upgrading call manager from 9.1.1 to 10.5.2

IP and Presence server allows upgrade from 9.1.1 to 10.5.1 while call manager is on 10.5.2
