Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the Supervisor Active Directory Integration dialog box, we never connect to the domain. Wheel just spins forever.  CCMP is working fine otherwise. Only Agent reskill is not working. 
Cannot authenticate with the domain.

Conditions:
CCMP prior to 10.5 with larger AD organizational structure
