Description (partial)

Upon registering a media resource from one call manager to another (changing device pool) shows streams available as zero for the call manager which it got registered to in RTMT(Cisco Media Streaming App) and in the output of following query:

show perf query counter "Cisco Media Streaming App" "MTPStreamsAvailable" or
show perf query counter "Cisco Media Streaming App" "CFBStreamsAvailable"
