Add Remote Destination to CTI Device Associated with the Cisco Jabber Client

Add the Cisco Jabber Client, for example, CSFsachin, with the same shared line extension 0002 as the CTI device, for example, CTRDsachin.

Associate the CSF soft client with the end user having the CTIRD Device. In CUCM, manually add a remote destination in the device page.

Set the remote destination as a PSTN number, such as 4089901233 (this can be CBO or any PSTN E.164 number) with primary FMC set to 0002.

Make a call from another IP phone/soft client phone to this internal DN, in this case, 0002. The call is successfully extended to the remote destination phone number.
