Symptom: 8961 phone controlled by a third party attendant software display an active call on the screen when no call is active. The only way to remove this call from the screen is if we restart the phone as the softkeys disappear when the issue is seen. Conditions: Firmware version:sip8961.9-4-2-13 CUCM version:184.108.40.20649-1 The device is controlled by an attendant software.
