Symptom: Second Email activity reflects in inbox for few seconds only when inbox already contains an email activity. Conditions: Condition: 1.Concurrent Task limit is set to 2 2.Pa console department settings: a. ?Alert agent when activity is assigned? and set the value as ?Always? / ?When the agent has no open activities? and Can be reset at lower level to ?No?.
