Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Multi-segment Pseudowires are configured on a dual-RP router with
MPLS LDP Non-stop Routing (NSR) configured, the pseudowires are not
properly provisioned on the standby Route Processor.  This results in
loss of connectivity when a Stateful Switchover is performed.

Conditions:
This symptom is observed when Multi-segment Pseudowires are configured on
a dual-RP router with MPLS LDP Non-stop Routing (NSR) configured.
