Known Affected Releases
10.5(1.10000.7) 10.5(2.10000.5) 8.5(1.10000.26) 8.6(2.10000.30) 9.1(2.12900.11)
Symptom: One way audio for calls from 7925 wireless phone to PSTN through H323 gateway. Voice stream from the 7925 phone is coming to the gateway but it is encrypted and gateway cannot decrypt it. Conditions: Fail over from SRTP to RTP: 1. Primary choice is to go through SIP trunk (secured/encrypted). 2. If the call through SIP trunk fails, call should fail over to H323 gateway (unsecured/unencrypted).
