Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cannot complete transfer prompt is missing in 78xx IP Phones when transferring the parked call

Environment:
Unified CM : 10.5.2.10000-5
Phone Firmware: 10.2.1.12SR1.4

Conditions:
Phone A and Phone B being 78xx IP Phones

1)	Make call from Phone A to Phone B
2)	Answer the call at Phone B
3)	Park the call at Phone B
4)	View the display of Phone A ? the display shows Parked
5)	Now from Phone A transfer the parked call to Phone C
6)	Answer the call at Phone C
7)	Complete the transfer at Phone A
8)	Phone A fails to show the Cannot complete Transfer prompt
