Description (partial)

Symptom:
In case cellphone of a MIP subscriber  gets offline for NO battery and powered on again within 10 mins, the DNS address is given by PDSN instead of HA, because the new RRQ is regarded as a SIP call.

Conditions:
When PDSN context has ip name-servers configured and HA context has DNS value configured in subscriber template, during PPP renegotiation DNS address configured in PDSN context returned.
