Description (partial)

Symptom:
BLF audio alert is not working in 7861 phones after upgrading the firmware. This issue has not been working on all customer 7861 phones.   No third party audio equipment used. Please check the attachment for network topology.  Customer update with the  latest 78xx-10-2-1ES6 firmwares on all 7861 phones and the issue is still there.

BLF audio was working with older firmware. It is not working with the new one. Customer has one test phone in older firmware which has one BLF line and which works properly. The non working phone has two BLF speed dials.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

In 7861 phone add a BLF speed dial. For example add 1002 as BLF speed dial on 7861. On the 7861 phone configuration page make sure that option BLF audible alert is set to on.Make a call to 1002 from some other phone and attend the call. The BLF speed dial button on the 7861 phone will glow and should give a beep.
