Symptom:
UCS Mini running 3.0(1c) firmware version.

The FI/IOM will crash due to a kernel panic that appears to be caused by an issue dereferencing a NULL pointer.
To check to see if the FI/IOM crashed due to a panic, check the system reset reason.

`show system reset-reason`
