Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus3000 may select an incorrect configuration -- i.e. a configuration intended for another switch -- when it boots from a DHCP/POAP server.

Conditions:
This issue occurs more frequently in an environment with tens of switches booting simultaneously because DHCP requests are more likely to occur simultaneously as the number of switches increases. The testbed in which the issue was found contained sixty Nexus3000 switches booting from a single DHCP/POAP server.
