Description (partial)
Symptom: Access Point may send some frames with previous security association's packet number (PN), just after 4 way handshake. Then, a client may update PN with an unexpected value and discards subsequent valid frames, due to CCMP replay error. Conditions: Reauthentication (key refresh)
